More General Info

Emergency Information
Write your personal physician’s name and phone number in wallet.
Write names and phone numbers of family members in case of emergency.

Medication
Put your over the counter medications in your check on luggage. Keep your prescription medication in your carry on (no liquid). Keep it in its original container.

Phone
If you plan on taking your cell phone check with your carrier for fees. They add up fast! Students check with your parents before taking your phone!

Airport Meals
There will be no meals provided on our flights. You will need to bring money to purchase breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday. You will also need money for meals on our return flight. Meals or snacks can be purchased on the plane but only with a credit card. Pre-loaded credit cards (Wal-mart) can be purchased if you will not be carrying a credit card. The cost of a sandwich on board the plane is $6. A snack is $3.

If you need to carry a water bottle, empty it to get through check in and then fill it up once you have checked in. Use a disposable bottle, as they may check you again prior to boarding.
